2 tablespoons of SMASHED bananas
2 asprin (crushed to fine powder)
2 teaspoons fiber plus
2 Fish Oil capsuls
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
Optional:

Directions:
Take a small dish and crush the 2 asprin into a powder, then add the olive oil and stir. Next, cut the fish oil capsuls to let the oil go into the dish. BEFORE stiring put the coffee into the dish. Stir (will look rough). Next add th bananas and sugar into the mixture, and mix throughly. Finally ad dthe Fiber
